WebMapia ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address and password when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as the trackers you create, stories you save, and credits you use.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve WebMapia, authenticate your account, process AI research on your behalf, and deliver news stories and updates relevant to your trackers.

AI Research

When you create a tracker, your topic description is sent to OpenAI's API to perform web searches and generate intelligence reports. OpenAI's data usage policies also apply.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Sessions

We use JWT tokens stored in your device's secure storage for authentication. No advertising cookies are used.

In-App Purchases

Credit purchases are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information is handled entirely by those platforms and RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the Support section in the app.
