Service Description

WebMapia is an AI-powered intelligence platform that uses language models and web search to aggregate, verify, and summarise publicly available information on topics you specify.

Accounts

You must be 16 years or older to use WebMapia. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Credits

The service operates on a credit system. Free credits are provided on signup. Additional credits may be purchased via in-app purchase. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire during the Beta period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WebMapia to track individuals, generate harmful content, violate any laws, or circumvent platform limitations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-Generated Content

Summaries and intelligence reports are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. WebMapia is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always verify critical information independently.

Intellectual Property

WebMapia and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of topics and prompts you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts to deliver the service.

Limitation of Liability

WebMapia is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
